The minimum stay is 3 nights UNLESS contracted otherwise. Rates are negotiable if occupancy exceeds 14 days. Regular servicing of villas can be arranged at extra cost. Bookings can be made either by mail, email or phone.

Payment is by approved visa/mastercard credit cards, EFTPOS, pre-arranged bank cheque, or direct bank EFT transfer.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the occupancy date will attract a cancellation fee of 1 night's rent; if booking is cancelled 29 days or less prior to occupancy, forfeiture of total deposit.

At peak periods such as Xmas, Easter, Boatshow and all school holidays, the deposit plus one night's rent shall be forfeited if no other client can be found to replace the period booked IRRESPECTIVE OF THE PERIOD OF NOTICE GIVEN. If cancellation is made within 14 days of the occupancy date the total of monies paid will be forfeited.

Annual International Boatshow in May each year- a 5 night minimum applies.

A 2% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however the price quoted will remain fixed upon receipt of a confirmed booking notification and clearance of the deposit. A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival if possible but if monies are paid through EFT visa/mastercard details will be required as insurance against the property and its contents.
