Our villas are always in demand, so it's advisable to book well ahead of your planned holiday date. Contact us by email or phone and we'll advise you of availability. We often have villas not yet listed on this site - so check with us about these.

The minimum stay is 3 nights unless otherwise stated. Rates are negotiable if occupancy exceeds 12 days. Regular servicing of villas can be arranged. Bookings can be made either by mail, email or phone. Payment is by approved credit cards, EFTPOS, prearranged cheque, or direct bank transfer. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card transactions but if using EFT a credit card is still required prior to arrival. Check-in is at 1pm and checkout at 10am. Earlier or later times may be negotiated depending on bookings. As prices are subject to change, the final cost is that quoted to you by an official email from the Proprietor or Staff of Sanctuary Cove Getaways.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 10 days prior to occupancy.
